Care That Meets You Where You Are

Whether you're navigating life on your own, working through something as a couple, or supporting a child or family — I offer a warm, structured space to do that work. All sessions are teletherapy, available Monday through Thursday.

Before We Begin

What to Expect

50-Minute Sessions

Each session is 50 minutes. That's enough time to go deep without feeling rushed — and to leave with something concrete to carry into your week.

First Session: Intake & Assessment

Your first session is an intake and assessment. We'll talk about what brought you in, your history, your goals, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. It's also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and ask any questions you have.

Teletherapy Only

All sessions are conducted via secure video. You can join from your home, your car, your office — wherever you feel most comfortable and private. No commute, no waiting room.

Available Monday–Thursday

I see clients Monday through Thursday. Scheduling is handled through ACT Family Counseling Services — call (888) 857-3607 to get started.

Who I Work With

Who I Work With

I work with a wide range of people across all stages of life. Here's a closer look at each population I serve.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support for wherever you are in life.

Individual therapy gives you a dedicated space to explore what's going on beneath the surface — the patterns, the beliefs, the wounds that keep showing up. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, or simply a sense that something isn't right, we'll work together to understand it and build a path forward. I use CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR depending on what fits best for you.

Good for: Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, addiction, or personal growth.

Couples Therapy

Rebuilding connection, communication, and trust.

Relationships go through seasons — and some of those seasons are hard. Couples therapy isn't just for relationships in crisis. It's for any two people who want to communicate better, understand each other more deeply, or work through something that's gotten between them. We'll slow things down, identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and build new ways of showing up for each other.

Good for: Couples experiencing conflict, communication breakdowns, trust issues, life transitions, or wanting to strengthen their relationship.

Child Therapy

Gentle, age-appropriate support for big feelings.

Children experience the world intensely — and they don't always have the words for what they're feeling. Child therapy creates a safe, playful, and supportive space where kids can express themselves, process difficult experiences, and build emotional skills that will serve them for life. I work with parents closely so that the growth happening in sessions is supported at home too.

Good for: Children experiencing anxiety, behavioral challenges, family changes, trauma, grief, or social difficulties.

Adolescent Therapy

A judgment-free space for teens to be truly heard.

Adolescence is one of the most complex and often painful periods of life. Teens are figuring out who they are while managing school, relationships, family dynamics, and a world that moves fast. I offer a space where teenagers can speak freely, without fear of judgment or consequences — and where we can work together on the real stuff: identity, anxiety, depression, peer pressure, trauma, and more.

Good for: Teens navigating anxiety, depression, identity, peer relationships, family conflict, trauma, or substance use.

Family Therapy

Helping families communicate, heal, and grow together.

Families are systems — and when one part of the system is struggling, everyone feels it. Family therapy brings the whole unit into the room (or the video call) to improve how you communicate, resolve conflict, and support one another through change. Whether you're navigating a major transition, a family member's mental health challenges, or long-standing patterns that aren't working, we'll work on it together.

Good for: Families dealing with conflict, communication breakdowns, a member's mental health or addiction, major life changes, or generational patterns.

Addiction & Recovery

Compassionate support for the journey toward lasting sobriety.

Recovery is one of the most courageous things a person can do. I bring both clinical training and deep personal commitment to this work — including my Substance Abuse Certificate and CADAC certification. We'll address the underlying patterns and pain that drive addictive behavior, build practical coping skills, and work toward a life that feels worth staying sober for. I also encourage clients to connect with community resources like Alcoholics Anonymous as a powerful complement to therapy.

Good for: Individuals and families affected by alcohol, drugs, or other addictive behaviors at any stage of the recovery journey.

Therapeutic Approaches

Evidence-Based Methods, Tailored to You

I draw from several proven therapeutic frameworks. Rather than applying one approach to everyone, I choose and blend methods based on what fits you best.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is one of the most well-researched approaches in therapy. It works by helping you identify the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. When we can see the irrational beliefs and faulty thinking patterns that are driving your distress, we can gently challenge and reframe them — giving you real, practical tools to shift how you feel and respond to life's challenges.

Best for: Anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, stress, phobias

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT was originally developed for people who experience emotions very intensely, and it has since proven effective for a wide range of challenges. It teaches concrete skills in four areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. If you feel things deeply and sometimes struggle to manage those feelings without making things worse, DBT gives you a practical toolkit.

Best for: Emotional dysregulation, self-harm, relationship difficulties, borderline personality, trauma

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is based on the idea that the mind is made up of different 'parts' — the inner critic, the protector, the wounded child, the caretaker. Rather than trying to silence or eliminate these parts, IFS helps you understand and build compassion for each one. When you can relate to your own inner world with curiosity instead of judgment, profound healing becomes possible.

Best for: Trauma, self-criticism, inner conflict, complex emotional patterns, personal growth

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a research-backed method specifically designed to help people process traumatic memories and distressing experiences. Through guided bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), EMDR helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. Many clients find that experiences that once felt overwhelming become manageable — even neutral — after EMDR.

Best for: PTSD, trauma, grief, phobias, anxiety, distressing memories

Not Sure Where to Start?

That's completely okay. A free consultation is a no-pressure conversation — we'll talk about what's going on, what you're looking for, and whether we're a good fit. There's nothing to prepare.
